Keyboard - Cursor Keys.

The cursor keys are four arrow keys, located to the right and at the bottom of the keyboard just next to the Numeric Keypad. The cursor keys are used to move the cursor (the arrow or highlighter on the screen) left, right, up and down.

The cursors also navigate around Excel and Word. They are also useful if you use them when in the Menu Bar. Hit ALT to highlight the Menu Bar.

If you hold down the left arrow, then the cursor will move left until it can't go any further or you take your finger off.

CRTL + cursor keys - this allows you to jump around quicker than just holding down the cursor keys. CRTL left jumps the cursor to the beginning of the word to the left. With up and down it will jump to the beginning or end of the paragraph.
